- Education frameworks, including a First Nation-designed Education Act
This comprehensive support will enable Nations to create and manage educational programs that align with their specific goals and educational plans.
All-in-One Educational Solution
This initiative aims to create an “all-in-one” educational solution that meets the educational frameworks of First Nations across Turtle Island. It focuses on building a foundation of "Hard Skills" that reconnect students with a love for learning "Soft Skills," essential for completing their high school diploma or other certifications.
Lifelong learning will thrive in this First Nation-developed system, which offers a cohesive K-12 curriculum, workforce training, educational upgrading, and personal improvement courses. It is designed to be free of colonized values and Western European doctrines that have influenced First Nation education in Canada.
Foundational Program Based on First Nation Curriculum
The program will be founded on a First Nation curriculum, adapted from the best elements of Euro-Canadian education but infused with the morals, values, traditions, culture, and language of the First Nation People of Alberta.
This innovative approach aims to elevate First Nation education, ensuring more student success and greater prosperity for participating Nations.
