Launching the Teacher or Leadership Evaluation Process
PowerAdministrator STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
- Logging in & launching the Notice of Evaluation (NOE)
- Holding your first evaluation meeting with all staff being evaluated
- Demonstrating the teacher portal and helping a staff member log in and use the system
- Attaching the official NOE letter to each staff member’s Teacher Evaluation Report Card (TERC)
Preamble: Support tools are essential add-ons to the PowerAdministrator software system. They improve the efficiency of the teacher evaluation process by providing easy-to-use templates and comment banks for filling in online Observation Cards.
The following is the step-by-step process for accessing the Teacher Evaluation Help Documents and completing the evaluation process:
- Launching a NOE
- Holding a meeting to explain the evaluation process
- Conducting classroom visits
- Printing a mid-term or final report
By following these steps, you will ensure an effective, efficient, and equitable staff evaluation system for your teachers.
1) Logging in & Launching the Notice of Evaluation (NOE)
LOGIN:
To log in to the system as an administrator, follow these steps:
- Note: You can change your password anytime by navigating to the My Profile tab, clicking Edit, updating your username and password, and then hitting the Save button.
Administrator login details are as follows:
- Username: Your first initial followed by your full last name, with no spaces or hyphens.
- Password: Your full last name.
Example:
Administrator Bryan Richardson of Anywhere School would log in as:
Username: brichardson
Password: Richardson
Please change your login information as soon as possible after your first login.

Navigating the System
Once logged in, you will see the main page profile. The site is easy to navigate using the blue tabs on the left of the webpage. For instance, clicking the PowerAdministrator Help Docs tab will reveal two sub-tabs:
- Administrator Documents
- Teacher Documents
Clicking these tabs will provide further documents for teachers or administrators.
